I have been in building services industry for over 20 years, with both contractor and landlord experience I am fully aware of the the clients expectations and needs. Project
As a dedicated team, it gives us great pride to be able to call this project our own. Whatever the size or time commitment of each project, our flexibility and strong work ethic allows us to carefully plan ahead in order to meet deadlines while delivering high quality solutions that are built to last. TCG were commissioned to manage the relocation of a busy central London video production facility. From identifying, inspecting and preparing new premises to managing legacy dilapidations and the eventual move, TCG exceeded client expectations.

Our client, @Voytek is a successful video production company who approached us needing new accommodation for their busy production and post production facility. Increased staff, new technology and services required a new building that would support them and their clients better.
Initially they sought larger premises in a central location, although during our discussions it became clear that connectivity and data management were also priorities (to support their high end post production suites). Location and price were also paramount.
In addition TCG were to manage the seamless relocation of all furniture, comms and sensitive filming equipment with no disruption to business continuity as well as managing legacy dilapidations and potential adjustments to the new premises.
At TCG detail is everything. This was an unusual project but we approached this project like any other, first capturing business requirements and translating it into a project plan. This ensured every element and specification of each phase of work was agreed along with any all implications. This allowed our client to make adjustments to the scope and specification very flexibly, which very important in their fast moving and ever changing environment. We ensured regular communication via scheduled meetings and telecoms to avoid any surprises.
Even when working with specialist requirements, our established business model ensured our experienced people and third party contractors were available to carry out works. We have a long standing relationships with our supply chain, so if we ever need to subcontract, we are confident of the timeliness, dependability and high quality of all work.
Every element of the project was delivered on budget and on time. The client was delighted and has subsequently commissioned us to supply and fit out a flagship editing and post production suite at the new facility.
